Anna
DiBenedetto focuses her practice on
construction and real estate law and litigation. She is a member
of the National Association of Women In Construction, the
Builder’s Exchange of the
Central
Coast, the Santa Cruz
County Builder’s Exchange, the California Association of
Realtors, and the American Bar Association, and CA and Santa
Cruz County Bar Associations.
Ms. DiBenedetto
completed her undergraduate studies at
California
State
University,
San
Jose, and obtained her
law degree from Monterey College of Law. She has worked in the
legal profession for over twenty years,
both in
Hawaii and
California, and is also a
licensed realtor. Ms.DiBenedetto joined Fitzpatrick,
Spini & Swanston as an associate in 2003. She teaches
construction law courses for the Builder’s Exchange of the
Central
Coast and is very

Ellen
Lyons was raised and educated in
Hong
Kong and returned to
the United
States to attend
Santa
Clara
University where she
graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing in
1985. Thereafter,
she attended University of San Francisco School of Law and
graduated in 1988. While at
University of
San
Francisco, Ms. Lyons
received the American Jurisprudence Award in Contracts, won
Best Oral Argument in Moot Court Competition and was a member
of Law Review.
Ms. Lyons is an
experienced litigator who has successfully represented her
clients, both plaintiffs and defendants, at trials and
numerous mediations and arbitrations in
Monterey,
Santa
Cruz,
San
Benito and
Santa
Clara
counties.
Ms. Lyons is a
member of the California State Bar, and is admitted to
practice in all State Courts as well as the U.S. District
Courts in the Northern and Eastern Districts of
California. In addition, she is a
member of the Monterey County Bar Association and the Central
